You’re exactly where you’re supposed to be right now
Nothing you’ve been through is wasted, if you’re willing to learn from it.
I didn’t always see it that way.
There was a life-changing chapter in my life a decade ago that forced everything to the surface. And what it revealed was uncomfortable.
At the time, I thought what I went through was THE problem. But it wasn’t.
I was the problem.
It was how I led my life.
There was an unhealthy pattern.
Let’s just say that since young, I’ve not always been assertive, and I tied my self-worth to how others saw me.
Here’s what I’ve come to understand from the whole saga:
Life isn’t random. It’s patterned.
The same themes will show up again and again… until you face them.
You’re not stuck.
You’re not cursed (Good God, No!).
You’re in a loop.
And the way out isn’t to try harder or change your environment.
It’s to change YOU:
🔹your self-worth
🔹your boundaries
🔹your willingness to face discomfort
That’s the real work.
And you don’t have to do it alone.
Ask for help. Seek perspective. Let others walk with you.
Because sometimes, we can’t see the lesson clearly until someone helps us face it.
Once you learn the lesson, life doesn’t need to repeat it.
