Welcome to the Leadership Pod, a unique leadership program for new and young leaders. Build and enhance your leadership skills in a supportive peer setting, and become a more effective leader.
NOTE: The February 2025 Intake is postponed to April 2025 because of the back-to-back festivities. We understand that most people would want to focus on office work due to the "short" Quarter 1. The kick off will be on 13 April 2025 (Sunday)

Who is this for?
Young leaders in the workplace with 1 – 5 years of leadership/managerial exposure
HR professionals involved in employee engagement
Note: This program is currently only available to young leaders residing in Klang Valley, Malaysia

How it works
9 bi-weekly sessions (every two weeks)
6 online sessions. 3 in-person sessions.
Leadership lessons, taught by Kausern, will be provided in video format and released one week before each pod session. These lessons will cover essential topics such as Value-Based Leadership, The Leadership Seesaw, Emotional Intelligence, Delegation and Empowerment, Setting Goals and Expectations, Giving and Receiving Critical Feedback, and The Two Remarkable Communication Skills.
Optional: 2 x one-on-one sessions (45 mins each) with your Pod Leader.
90 minutes per session
Pod members will be carefully selected and matched to the most suitable Pod Leader.
Check-in. Followed by a discussion on the leadership lessons covered by Kausern.
First 45 minutes
Discuss on any current challenges faced at the workplace. Wrap-up.
