About the Program
🚀 You Got Promoted… Now What?
In many workplaces, top-performing individual contributors are rewarded with leadership roles. The problem? They aren’t given the training to succeed as people managers. Suddenly, they’re expected to lead teams, manage conflicts, and inspire others—without guidance. Many struggle in silence, figuring things out through trial and error.
It doesn’t have to be this way.
That’s exactly why The Leadership Pod Program was created—so that young leaders don’t have to go through the same struggle.
Now in its third year, The Leadership Pod Program is Building Better Leader’s signature leadership development program designed to equip young leaders with the structure, support, and accountability needed to grow into their full potential.

Structure – Proven leadership frameworks and training to equip you with the right tools, so you don’t have to figure things out on your own.
Support – A peer-driven mentoring circle where you can get real guidance from experienced and trained Pod Leaders, honest feedback, and accountability from people on the same journey.

Who is this for?
Young leaders in the workplace with 1 – 5 years of leadership/managerial exposure
HR professionals involved in employee engagement
Note: This program is currently only available to young leaders residing in Klang Valley, Malaysia
What you’ll gain

Engage in group discussions with fellow Pod members, challenging each other and gaining new perspective

How it works
9 bi-weekly sessions (every two weeks)
6 online sessions. 3 in-person sessions.
Leadership lessons, taught by Kausern, will be provided in video format and released one week before each pod session. These lessons will cover essential topics such as Value-Based Leadership, The Leadership Seesaw, Emotional Intelligence, Delegation and Empowerment, Setting Goals and Expectations, Giving and Receiving Critical Feedback, and The Two Remarkable Communication Skills.
Optional: 2 x one-on-one sessions (45 mins each) with your Pod Leader.
90 minutes per session
Pod members will be carefully selected and matched to the most suitable Pod Leader.
Check-in. Followed by a discussion on the leadership lessons covered by Kausern.
First 45 minutes
Discuss on any current challenges faced at the workplace. Wrap-up.
