Negative emotions are just data. Not your identity.

Anger. Sadness. Fear. Guilt. Jealousy. Disappointment. All these negative emotions are just data.

They’re not our permanent state. They’re not who we are.
They’re signals pointing to what matters to us. They are clues revealing our values.
So, when negative emotions bubble up the next time, stop asking, “Why am I like this?” and start asking, “What is this <emotion> trying to tell me?”

👉 Save this for the next time when a big emotion shows up.
