What a napkin taught me about leadership

I was at Oriental Kopi recently.
L
ike always… there was a queue.

They’ve been around for years, expanded to multiple outlets… yet demand hasn’t dropped.

I’m sure they’re doing many things right. But one small detail stood out to me:

The napkin.

Not the thin, generic tissue you see in most kopitiams but a thick, well-designed, branded napkin.

👉 Swipe to see how something as small as a napkin reveals what it takes to be a leader people willingly queue to follow.
