We have a Gen Z problem
We keep hearing this from employers:
“We have a Gen Z problem.”
A recent survey by Intelligent.com, covering nearly 1,000 U.S. business leaders and reported by Fortune, found that 6 in 10 employers say they have already fired Gen Z employees shortly after hiring them.
Putting myself in the shoes of an employer, I can agree these concerns are real.
But here’s the kicker:
Complaints about younger workers are not new. Every generation has said similar things about the next generation 😅
